Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada and the United States (unfortunately, excluding all Territories and Possessions). We do not ship internationally outside of Canada and the United States at this time.

All Day Hoodie ships with Fedex, UPS, Purolator, and Canada Post pending your shipping address. Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping provider and tracking information.

All orders placed between Monday - Friday will be processed within 1 - 3 business days from the date of purchase. NOTE, due to COVID-19, you may experience temporary delays in the order fulfillment  process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams and our customers. Additionally, you may experience delays in the shipping process as noted by all shipping partners. 

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Free standard shipping (5 - 7 business days) is offered within Canada on all orders.

Yes! If you need to make any changes to your order, contact us ASAP, within 1 hour of completing your order can usually be guaranteed. Any requested changes made after 1 hour of receiving your order confirmation cannot be guaranteed. Depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time, but we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours from submission confirming if the change could be completed.

We're always here and available to discuss and to help rectify these issues although All Day Hoodie is not responsible for damages incurred during transit. Items damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider. We do not assume responsibility for any lost items or packages.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Also, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Shopify Pay.

Returns & Exchanges

No one wants to keep something they don't love, so if there's any reason you aren't 100% satisfied we accept returns up until 30 days after you receive the product. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. 

To complete your return, follow the below steps: 

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

2. Email us with your Order # and item(s) details you’d like to return to start the process. Quick Tip: The product name can be found in your order history or on your order confirmation email.

3. Within 1 - 2 business days of receiving your return request, ADH will email you a return shipping label. 

4. Package up your item(s) in the same mailer you received your order in with your new return label covering the original label. 

5. Drop off your package at the closest drop box based on the shipping partner selected for your return (this will be clearly outlined on your return label). 

6. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be automatically processed to your credit card or original method of payment immediately (Typically 5-7 business days to show up on your statement).

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 - 7 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund after following these steps, please contact us and we'll resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you love the product but want to change the size and/or colour, contact us and we’ll resolve the issue. Free standard shipping will be included on all exchanges in Canada and the United States.

Sale items are eligible for refunds unless FINAL SALE is stated on the product page, unfortunately, final sale items cannot be refunded.
